In Zheng Baoyou's view, starting a business, sailing against the current, not forward is back. In the 1980s and 1990s, he was mainly committed to the development of cotton spinning enterprises, and after a certain scale, the personality of love and struggle drove him to the upstream of spinning chemical fiber raw materials "march".

"Before 2003, the polyester staple fiber raw materials needed by Changle spinning enterprises were mostly purchased from Taiwan, Jiangsu and Zhejiang." Zheng Baoyou told reporters that at that time, in order to solve the bottleneck problem of raw materials and improve the upstream and downstream industry chain, he resolutely invested in the establishment of Fujian Jinlun high fiber Co., LTD.

Established in the form of a Sino-foreign joint venture, Jinlun High Fiber Company uses the world's most advanced large melt direct spinning process to produce differential chemical fibers, with an annual output of about 1 million tons of differential polyester staple fiber and polyester filament. Jinlun high fiber also became the first textile enterprise in Changle that year to produce polyester staple fiber and polyester filament.

From scratch, Jinlon high fiber has promoted the rapid development of the local cotton spinning industry in Changle to a certain extent. There are raw materials at the door, many other local manufacturers have to buy raw materials to Jinlon high fiber, elongate the industrial chain, and produce cotton textile products, making the cotton textile industry quickly form a "new potential energy".

The enterprise plan has been realized steadily

"To establish a business, we must have a commanding position and overall situation, and we must have a down-to-earth, step-by-step stability." Zheng Baoyou said that he has a grand plan for Jinlon high fiber company, divided into four phases to implement. The first phase introduced the advanced technology of German Gemma Company, installed three single-line 200 tons per day differential polyester staple fiber production lines and supporting devices; In the second phase, 16 production lines with an annual output of 200,000 tons of differential polyester filament were built, and the main part of the production plant introduced the latest type of winding machine equipment from Germany Bagma. The first and second phases were completed and put into operation in March 2005 and June 2008 respectively.

Jinlon high fiber company has created the "five one stream" in the same industry in the country: the construction speed is first-class in the country, from the signing of the project contract to production, only 486 days, known as "Jinlon speed"; The production scale is first-class in the country, with a planned total annual output of 1 million tons; The equipment level of the country's first-class, the company's production process all adopt intelligent control system; The production efficiency is first-class in the country, creating a rare precedent of successful production in a similar enterprise; The product quality is national first-class, the use of the latest large melt direct spinning technology, product quality has reached the advanced level at home and abroad, obtained QAC quality certification, was confirmed as "provincial quality management excellent unit".

In 2010, the company's output value has reached 4.8 billion yuan, and it has been rated as "One hundred key industrial enterprises in Fujian Province", "Fujian economic and social outstanding contribution enterprises" and "Fuzhou Meritorious Enterprises". In 2016, the company ranked among the top 500 private enterprises in China and ranked 248 in 2017.
