Fujian Jinlun Fiber Shareholding Co.,Ltd. was founded in November 2003, with a registered capital of 500 million yuan (currently the total assets of the company reach 5 billion yuan). Located in the Binhai Industrial Zone of Changle City, it covers an area of more than 1200 mu. It is 10 kilometers from Changle Airport in the north, 15 kilometers from Matsushita Port Wharf in the south, and 18 kilometers from Changle downtown in the west. More than 2,000 employees, more than 300 professional and technical personnel. In 2012, the output value of the company reached 10.1 billion yuan, becoming the first enterprise in Changle City to exceed 10 billion yuan, and the output value of 13 billion yuan in 2015.
The company's construction scale is divided into four phases. Phase III and Phase IV expansion projects were started in July 2010, with an investment of 1.839 billion yuan, and once again introduced Germany's leading equipment and technology at home and abroad and advanced production technology abroad. Two new single-line production lines of 600 tons of polyester melt per day, 10 melt direct spinning POY, FDY functional fiber filament devices and 4 differential short fiber devices have been set up, and a 110KV substation has been built, as well as other supporting auxiliary production devices and public engineering production devices. At present, the company has 450,000 tons of differential polyester staple fiber production line 7, 450,000 tons of differential polyester filament production line 26, the annual production of 500,000 tons of polyester staple fiber and polyester filament more than 500,000 tons. The third and fourth phase of the new project has been completed by the end of 2012, all put into operation, the annual output value of the enterprise can reach 12-15 billion yuan, and the annual profit and tax can break through the 500 million mark.
The company's main products are polyester slice, polyester staple fiber, polyester preoriented yarn, polyester draft yarn, polyester elastic yarn 5 categories, has formed a complete polyester product series. The production of Polon brand polyester products for the Fujian Province famous brand products, quality reached the advanced level at home and abroad, the China Quality Association "enterprise quality credit AAA" certification and "Fujian Province famous brand products". The company won the honors of "2011 Top 100 Fujian Enterprises", "2011 Top 10 Fujian Industrial Industry", "100 Key Industrial Enterprises in Fujian Province", "China Integrity Demonstration Unit", etc. In 2013, it began to rank among the top 500 private enterprises in China, ranking year by year, ranking 364th in 2015 and 250th in 2016. It ranked 248th in 2017 and 304th in 2018. Also obtained QAC quality environmental system certification. "Poly" brand polyester series products were evaluated as "2018 (15th) China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" by the World Brand Lab and its independent evaluation committee, with a brand value of 7.265 billion yuan, ranking 408th in the country.
In 2015, Chairman Zheng Baoyou was jointly selected by China Textile Industry Federation and China Textile Magazine as "China Textile Annual Innovative Figure" and "2015 National Textile Industry Talent Construction Individual Commendation Award"; In 2016, he was awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Builder of Fujian Non-Public Economy" by Fujian Provincial People's Government, and was selected as the national Outstanding entrepreneur by China Entrepreneur Federation. In December 2017, he won the "National Textile Entrepreneur Management Lifetime Achievement Award" at the Annual meeting of China Textile Entrepreneurs.

In 2015, 860 million yuan was invested in the development of textile new material liquid colored fiber industrialization project, improve the added value of products, diversify products, increase the research and development of color silk, supported by the National Development and Reform Commission, and included in the second batch of state-supported special construction fund projects in 2016.
