The company uses the world's most advanced large melt direct spinning process to produce differential chemical fibers, and the construction scale is one million tons of differential polyester staple fiber and polyester filament. The plan will be implemented in four phases. The first phase introduced the advanced technology of German Gemma Company, installed three single-line 200 tons per day differential polyester staple fiber production lines and supporting devices; In the second phase, 16 production lines with an annual output of 200,000 tons of differential polyester filament were built, and the main part of the production plant introduced the latest type of winding machine equipment from Germany Bagma. The first and second phases were completed and put into operation in March 2005 and June 2008, respectively. He created the "five streams" in the same industry in the country: the construction speed was first in the country, and it only took 486 days from signing the project contract to putting into operation, which was known as the "Jinlon Speed"; The scale of production is first-class in the country, the planned total annual output of 1 million tons, only the first and second phases of investment of 2 billion yuan; The company's production equipment and technical level are internationally leading, and the production process adopts intelligent control system; The production efficiency is first-class in the country, creating a rare precedent of successful production in a similar enterprise; The product quality is national first-class, the use of the latest large melt direct spinning technology, product quality has reached the advanced level at home and abroad, obtained QAC quality certification, was confirmed as "provincial quality management excellent unit".
In 2010, the third and fourth phases of expansion were carried out, and four new single-line production lines of 600 tons of polyester melt per day were set up, 16 melt direct spinning POY, FDY functional fiber filament devices and three differential short fiber devices were set up, and a 110,000 volt substation was built, as well as other supporting auxiliary production devices and public engineering production devices. The expansion was completed and put into operation in 2011.

In the face of the negative impact of the macroeconomic environment on the chemical fiber industry in recent years, Jinlon High Fiber Company, led by Zheng Baoyou, implemented the "Made in China 2025" strategic plan, accelerated technological innovation and product innovation, adjusted product structure, developed and applied high-performance fibers and composite materials, and launched the implementation of the "Textile new material raw liquid colored fiber Industrialization Project". Enter the market of high-end materials and new materials. In 2015, the construction of 4 raw liquid colored short fiber production lines and 11 raw liquid colored filament production lines began. An annual output of 342,000 tons of raw liquid colored fibers was formed, including 248,000 tons of raw liquid colored short fibers and 94,000 tons of raw liquid colored filaments. The completed production line of raw liquid colored staple fiber and raw liquid colored filament fiber make up for the lack of industrial chain of functional high-tech fibers for industrial use, and enhance the added value of technology and core competitiveness of enterprise products.
Chairman Zheng Baoyou has long insisted on putting energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection in the first place in enterprise construction, and strictly implemented laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law, the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law and the Solid Pollution Prevention and Control Law. More than 9 million yuan has been invested in the construction of 7 sets of dust removal and desulfurization treatment facilities and 1 set of sewage treatment facilities, and professional personnel are arranged for operation and maintenance management. Since the operation of the enterprise, these facilities have been in a stable state of standard operation, so that the company passed the environmental protection acceptance once. The company has passed ISO14000 environmental protection system certification. In order to continuously improve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction, and then invested 2 million yuan, introduced and installed a set of esterification wastewater gas stripping device developed by Contex Company in the United States. By extracting organic matter from wastewater, not only greatly reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide, but also blend the extracted organic matter into coal for use, saving energy consumption. The device also plays a pre-treatment role in the production of sewage, so that the COD of the sewage treatment outlet is reduced from 80 to 40-50, and the water quality fully meets the landscape water requirements, which is used to irrigate the flowers and trees in the park, saving 1200 tons of tap water every day, the wastewater discharge is reduced by 80%, and the sulfur dioxide emission is reduced by more than 75%. Therefore, it was rated as "the province's advanced enterprise in energy conservation".
The total investment of textile new material raw liquid colored fiber industrialization project is 860 million yuan, of which the project capital is 260 million yuan and the proposed bank loan is 600 million yuan. As of the end of February 2016, the preliminary work has completed an investment of 270 million yuan. This new technological innovation and product innovation has been fully affirmed by the National Development and Reform Commission, which has included this project in the second batch of special construction funds in 2016 to give huge loan support.
